Nous avions lancée il y a quelques semaines un travail exploratoire sur le Thé et les Emotions avec Carine Baudry, expert dégustateur et directrice de l’Ecole du Thé.
Ce travail exploratoire avait pour but de comprendre la relation entre les consommateurs et leurs thés, et de, pourquoi pas, créer une nouvelle classification des thés. Nous présenterons ce travail à l'occasion de la 7ème journée du Sensolier qui a pour thème : Emotions, sentiments, humeurs... Du rôle de l'affectif dans la sensorialité ? Once a year we realize a self-financed research. In 2009 our choice was to investigate the perception of organic products in France. Here you can find more detailed information on this research : Insights on Organics We already finished the “explorative interviews” phase of the research and the results will be soon available for all interested journalists. In the realization of the research we have a support from several partners – all of them are small producers of organic products : - Belle et Bio - Aroma-Zone - Filabio

 On the 11th June 2009 we participated in a conference organized by ADETEM – The French Professional Network for Marketers. The topic of the conference is “How to bring back the sense to marketing function in a company”. You can see the summary of this conference here.
